From August 14 to August 17, 2026 (inclusive), temporary service limitations will apply to ForteMobile due to scheduled system modernization work being carried out by Beeline Kazakhstan.
During the specified period, the following will be temporarily unavailable:
• registration of new ForteMobile numbers;
• number transfer from other operators (porting);
• change of number ownership;
• updating account details;
• restoration and resumption of service;
• contract termination;
• obtaining statements/certificates;
• changing the tariff plan;
• early tariff renewal;
• account top-up;
• processing refunds based on requests, and other services.
What is important to know
• If you plan to change your tariff plan, activate or deactivate a service, top up your balance, or perform other operations related to your number, we recommend doing so before August 13 or after August 17, 2026.
• For subscribers currently roaming, we recommend ensuring a sufficient account balance and completing any necessary actions before the work begins.
• Services and support channels will resume operation starting August 18, 2026.

Beeline Kazakhstan is carrying out this work as part of the standard process of ensuring stable network operation, enhancing system reliability, and improving service quality for subscribers.
