Never share codes from SMS and OTP
Not to the bank, police, relatives, or in messengers. Nowhere. Never. Not even “to confirm your identity.”
02
Hang up and call back yourself
For any call “from the bank” — hang up and dial 7575 or the number on the back of your card. This breaks any scenario.
03
Check the details by phone
Always confirm new payment details from emails or messengers verbally.
04
Block calls from unknown and foreign numbers
This is a standard feature of iOS and Android. Most fraudulent calls come from international numbers or are spoofed.
05
Do not install AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RustDesk
If 'support' asks you to install something, it is not support. No bank operates this way.
06
Only buy from trusted websites
Avoid deals that require 100% prepayment for new details. Check the website address—fraudsters copy lookalike domains.
07
Store passwords in a password manager
One unique password for each service. Two-factor authentication everywhere possible.
08
Delete voice messages and biometrics from messengers
Do not send scans of your passport, selfies with documents, long voice messages. This is raw material for deepfakes.
Most vulnerabilities are closed in updates. iOS or Android without the latest patch is an open door.
